Absolutely phenomenal pizza. Northwestern is a must-try — balanced flavours and cooked to perfection. Prices are justified and wait times are reasonable. Will go here again when passing through.
This pizza is on fire! Exactly what I dream of what I think of good pizza. When I first rolled up to the trailer and saw a large group waiting out front, I was worried it would take a while to get anything made - but the guys making pies turned out my pizza and wings in around 10 minutes. My detailed pizza analysis: Crust: 5/5 - Perfect dough with awesome flavor, just the right amount of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Sauce: 5/5 - Outstanding tomato flavor from their house made sauce. Toppings: 4/5 - Pepperoni, ham, and cheese were all fresh and tasted great. The only minor criticism I have is that the bacon was mostly fat/skin pieces. Preparation: 5/5 - Cooked perfectly, just the right amount of toppings, and completed in an impressive amount of time. The wings weren't as good as I hoped, but I'm used to eating fried wings and it's difficult to match that texture when baking them. They did have nice smoke flavor from the oven and the BBQ sauce was most excellent. These guys definitely know how to make quality sauces! I've looked up other Cascadia locations and added them to my visit list, I will seek out their fantastic pies again.
Picked up our pizzas tonight and we’re given a FREE pizza that was a mess up! Safe to say that made our night! GREAT customer service! The fellas slinging the ZA were all smiles and very kind! Thanks for the great ZA and the generous mess up!
What gorgeous little pizzas they cook up at this food truck in North Bend! Right on the corner across from the theater, they have a ton of pizza varieties and ingredients. Thin crust and delish! Not much space/seating around for eating pizzas but then again it was pouring down rain that day so that didn't matter. Great service and the pizzas take about 8 minutes to cook. I usually am not a fan of thin pizza but let me tell you…. MY BIG BACK ENJOYED THIS PIZZA. They have SO MANY OPTIONS. This pizza truck stop is so cute too I loved it so much! 10/10 recommend even if you don’t like pizza THIS SPOT WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND!!!
We got the sausage, pepperoni, goat cheese option and asked the person working if they could add Mike’s hot honey drizzle. The surcharge for that was .25, incredibly reasonable. Super appreciate that. Pizza was delicious and rivals our favorite pizza in Portland. Will be my go-to any time I’m passing through or doing a hike nearby.
Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients and amazing flavor. The crust is perfectly baked, the sauce tastes great, and the toppings are generous. Every order is served hot and prepared with care. The staff is welcoming and provides quick service, even during busy hours. It’s a great place for family dinners or casual outings. I always enjoy the experience and the consistently tasty food.
Nice and cozy place. Cutter and Ella are very helpful and welcoming individuals. It's my first time here but they took their time to answer the many questions I have and ended up with two flavors in one pizza. Lolo and Nona pizzas were full of flavors and so yummy
Lovely pizza spot for lunch in the cute town of North Bend. We had the cascadia Margherita and the fire bread with spicy BBQ sauce. Everything was delicious and prepared within 10 minutes. Would have ordered more if we weren't short on time. Pizzas are quite small and rightly mentioned as personal size despite the 10 inches. Crust was thin and well cooked in the wood fired ovens. It is a food truck with some picnic tables (not a lot). Plenty of street parking nearby.
Absolutely delicious pizza and so many options. Tons of great creations, but you can also add just about any ingredient you can dream up. Also a shout out to the staff, this place can get busy between orders from the local brewery, online orders and walk ups and they are always so polite, responsive, and kind. One of my favorite pizza places anywhere in Seattle!
